Fall is finally here! This October, I hope you get to enjoy all the season has to offer and take time to relax before the busy holiday season is in full swing. The first week of this month is also Active Aging Week, which was launched by the International Council of Active Aging to promote a healthy lifestyle for seniors. Stoneridge Creek hosts a wide variety of opportunities to stay active, including a fitness center, sporting clubs and fitness classes, all of which can improve your overall health and well-being.

In addition to staying healthy as you age, it’s also important to stay safe. Save the date for our Age Well, Drive Smart workshop on November 8, where you can gain valuable insight and learn tips for safely navigating the road. Availability is limited, so reach out to your Residency Counselor soon if you’d like to attend.
