Membership is an investment in your future. You’ll gain 5% earnings on your $30,000 Future Residents Club deposit, which is applied towards your entrance fee when you move in.*
If at any time you decide not to make a move to Stoneridge Creek, your deposit is fully refundable back to you or your estate.
*Your deposit will earn 5% annually for up to three years and is non-compounding. Entrance fees, additional location premiums, and projected monthly fees are subject to change. Should you not move into Stoneridge Creek within three years of joining the Future Residents Club, you will not receive any earnings.
