I hope the new year is treating you well. Stoneridge Creek residents started off 2024 on the right note with an enchanting performance by the Whiffenpoofs, Yale University’s world-renowned a cappella group. See photos below of an evening that had the audience tapping their toes and applauding for more.

I’d like to also introduce you to this year’s theme at Stoneridge Creek: “Explore and Soar in 2024.” Encapsulating a spirit of curiosity, exploration and ambition, this idea encourages the pursuit of learning and self-discovery to help individuals grow to new heights.

As such, we’ll host a series of events this year designed to encourage us all to step out of our comfort zones and venture into new territories. Ken Nwadike, Jr., founder of the Free Hugs Project, a movement that inspires change and raises awareness of social issues, will host the first Explore and Soar event on February 9. Ken’s sessions are known to leave participants with a sense of unity and understanding. Space is limited, so reach out to your Residency Counselor to reserve your spot for this inspiring opportunity.
