July
Happenings

Dear
Future
Resident

It’s hard to believe it’s already July. At Stoneridge Creek, residents started the month right with an all-day Independence Day celebration. We kicked off the Fourth with the raising of the flag followed by the Quilts of Valor® ceremony, a special occasion where we presented our resident veterans with handmade quilts. They also enjoyed a parade, barbecue buffet, movie showings and more – take a look at the snapshots below for a glimpse of all of the Fourth of July festivities.

We still have more fun planned for this month, so take a look at our July Activities Calendar and reach out to your Residency Counselor if you’d like to join us for an event or activity. Until then, read on for more updates on our community, including two features in the local news showcasing a fun new exercise that has residents buzzing.

One more update: In the last few weeks, you should have received a letter from me explaining some changes to our waitlist earnings program and asking you for some updated information. Please call your Residency Counselor if you have any questions or to schedule a time to discuss these changes in detail.

Last but certainly not least, I’d like to take this time to thank our veterans and their families. There is no price tag on freedom, and your sacrifices and selflessness in pursuit of our independence are truly invaluable.

Coffee and Conversation

We hope you’ll join us on July 20 for our next Coffee Talk, a monthly event where depositors can enjoy a full breakfast while discussing various hot topics with local experts. You’ll learn how to get the most out of your move to Stoneridge Creek from our knowledgeable panelists while dining with your future neighbors.
