Happenings

Dear
Future
Resident

We’re halfway through 2024, and summer at Stoneridge Creek is as bright and vibrant as ever.

Residents and their families kicked off the month with an unforgettable Independence Day bash. The all-day celebration started with the ceremonial raising of the flag, which was followed by a special pup parade featuring our four-legged residents. The fun continued with classic American barbecue, games, treats and a performance by the Ranch Hands Country Jam Band, and we finished up the festivities with a showing of the 1942 film “Yankee Doodle Dandy.”

Just think, when you make your move, every holiday will be chock full of themed events and activities that are made even better with friends by your side. Reach out to your Residency Counselor to update your move-in time frame or to join in on any of the on-site fun featured in the July Activities Calendar. One event you won’t want to miss is the Friendship Day Festival on July 30 – current and future residents will gather for crafts, live music, a special lunch and more.

Until then, read on for more updates on Stoneridge Creek, as well as photos of our resident gardens, which are not only beautiful but also offer a range of benefits to residents. According to groundbreaking research by Edinburgh University, gardening boosts both mental and physical health, and may even protect against dementia. I wish you nothing but blue skies and happiness in the summer months, and I look forward to seeing you soon!

Sincerely,

Barbara Gilbert
Marketing Director
