Did you know October kicks off with Active Aging Week? This annual campaign was launched by the International Council of Active Aging to promote a healthy lifestyle for seniors and celebrate the positive aspects of aging. Special activities at Stoneridge Creek include a hike at Point Pinole, tai chi demonstrations, artistic pumpkin decorating, lectures, music and more, each focusing on a different aspect of wellness.

When you make your move to Stoneridge Creek, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to stay active, engaged and creative – all of which are essential to remaining happy and healthy as you age. Have you spoken to your Residency Counselor recently? Make sure to update your move-in timeframe so that you can start enjoying all that our Life Plan Community has to offer.
